Meditation has shown to have many positive physical, mental and spiritual benefits. It is an effective way to train and focus attention and reduce stress and anxiety. Participate in our classes and discover what meditation can do for you.

Children Meditating

Mindful Mondays Children's Meditation

50 minute class, 6:00pm

 

Designed specifically for children between the ages of 6-16 with a targeted focus on mindfulness, relaxation, emotional awareness and self-esteem improvement.

Meditation Class

60 minute class, 7:00pm

 

Learn about the benefits of meditation and be introduced to the basics of meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness. Group Reiki Healing will be administered during the last 15-minutes of each class. All levels are welcome to participate and no prior Meditation experience is needed.

Increase emotional awareness through mindfulness, guided meditation, breathing exercises, and journaling prompts to explore core emotions. Designed specifically for children between the ages of 6-16 with a targeted focus on:

Empowered Me! Workshop:

Build self-empowerment through creativity through guided meditation and self-reflection exercises. Designed specifically for children between the ages of 6 -16 with a targeted focus on:

  • Identifying Strengths and Artistic Passions

  • Exploring Creative Outlets  

  • Self-Esteem Elevation through Creativity

Anxiety Busting Techniques

Combat anxiety through learning simple practices to stay present and recognize and reduce anxiety triggers through guided meditation, mindfulness activities, self-reflection, and breathing exercises. 

 

Academic Anxiety and Stress Reduction through Mindful Meditation:

Instruction of anxiety and stress reduction techniques for pre-teen and young adults (6-12th grade) to achieve improved time management and increased academic focus and performance.

Parent and Child Mindful Connection Workshop:

Implement easy and fun mindful and journaling activities to create greater communications, understanding and connections between Parent and Child (6-16 yrs). 

Adult Workshops

From Surviving to Thriving Workshop with Group Reiki:

Transform your life through Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Empowerment. Live a life filled with passion, meaning, and fulfillment and find happiness in everyday and embrace your authentic self to move forward and create a life you love. Group Reiki Healing during the last 30-minutes of the workshop.

Balancing Giving and Receiving in Relationships with Group Reiki:

Obtain balance in giving and receiving in your relationships. Create flourishing friendships and partnerships relationships through self-reflection, boundary setting, and self-worth elevation through guided meditations and mindfulness activities. Group Reiki Healing during the last portion of the workshop.

Anxiety Busting Techniques with Group Reiki
