Student Wellness Programs
The Student Programs are provided on location in schools in a class or assembly setting and provide hands on age appropriate Meditation, Mindfulness and Journaling instruction for school aged children. Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) components are also incorporated into Student Programs.

Mindfulness, Meditation and Journaling Program for Students:
Program instruction for young children (K-5th) is structured to introduce the basics of mindful meditation including breathing and relaxation exercises, gratitude journaling and positive thinking for self esteem improvement.
Program instruction for pre-teen and young adults (6-12th) is structured to emphasize breathing exercises and the
use of meditation and journaling for self esteem improvement, the reduction of stress and anxiety, and increased school work performance and focus.

Academic Anxiety and Stress Reduction:
Program designed for pre-teen and young adults (6-12th) for the instruction of anxiety and stress reduction techniques for improved time management and increased academic focus and performance.
Workplace Wellness Programs
The Workplace Wellness Programs are provided on location in the workplace and provide live instruction on simple Mediation and Mindfulness techniques and activities that can easily be incorporated into the workplace environment.
Workplace Wellness through Mindfulness and Meditation:
Training program to introduce the basics of mindfulness and meditation and incorporation of these techniques into the work environment. ​

Teach the Teacher Program:
Classroom Techniques for Mindful Meditation and Journaling Training program for staff structured to introduce the basics of mindful meditation including breathing and relaxation exercises, journaling prompts and short duration meditations which can easily be implemented into classroom activities to aid in student focus and concentration.
Anxiety Busting Techniques:
Training program for staff structured to focus on techniques to combat anxiety and workplace fatigue. Learn simple practices to stay present and recognize and reduce anxiety triggers through guided meditation, mindfulness activities, self-reflection, and breathing exercises.
